Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage multifamily, hotel, and light commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate various aspects of project management effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively with owners, design professionals, building inspection officials, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate cost estimates for materials and labor.
• Implement project scheduling to track construction progress and update periodically.
• Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, and building codes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices and methods.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
