Our client, a leader in the tools and accessories industry, is seeking a Tools Test Technician to join their team. As a Tools Test Technician, you will be part of the Hand Tools, Accessories, & Storage Group supporting the Abrasives team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Tools Test Technician

Location: Hampstead, MD

Pay Range: $20.00 to $25.00 based on experience.

What's the Job?

• Run and maintain test rigs to perform sample testing and record results.
• Produce prototypes and manage the pilot line for product development.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to develop and modify testing procedures.
• Engage in continuous personal and team development through training and process improvement.
• Focus primarily on bonded abrasives and coordinate closely with manufacturing and marketing teams.

What's Needed?

• 0-3 years of related experience in welding, grinding, machining, or similar fields.
• Ability to measure metrology and write detailed test reports.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple test requests and samples.
• Willingness to participate as a cross-functional team member.
• Commitment to delivering results on time for projects.
