If you have at least 1 year of experience in a transferrable field or bring skills in multi-family maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or appliance repairs, this is your opportunity to take your career to the next level!

What you will be doing:

 

• Troubleshooting and repairing a variety of maintenance issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to apply your skills.
• Ensuring the property meets both company expectations and local regulations, with attention to detail.
• Responding to maintenance tickets and resolving issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring residents are satisfied.
• Collaborating with residents and your team to keep everyone updated on progress and maintain smooth communication.

 

What we’ll expect from you:

 

• Active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, one-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
