Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to address client needs.
• Equip clients with tools to navigate life’s challenges.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and professional standards.
• Assist clients in identifying and pursuing effective treatment options.
• Support individuals in strengthening their resilience and relationships.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in California.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic approaches, including family systems and CBT.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum of two years of experience preferred.
