Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT operations, project management principles, and experience in documenting application portfolios. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our IT operational efficiency and ensuring the successful execution of our quarterly planning process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Application Portfolio Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information about each application within the portfolio. Document key data points for each application, including use cases, points of contact, renewal dates, costs, and relevant vendors. Maintain and update the application portfolio documentation regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee Quarterly Planning Process: Assist in facilitating and coordinating the quarterly planning process. Ensure adherence to project management best practices throughout the planning cycle, including defining the project scope, planning effectively, and engaging with stakeholders. Track progress on quarterly goals and objectives. Identify and communicate potential roadblocks or risks to the planning process.
• Provide IT Operations Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in IT operations. Provide support for IT budgeting and quality control processes.
• Assist With IT Billings: Managing and executing IT bill backs for business billings. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and document key data points related to IT services and costs. By maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, the coordinator ensures that all billings are processed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Monday.com, and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with various project management tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
