Job Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Creative Director to take full ownership of content creation . This role is responsible for concepting, capturing, and editing all photo and video content, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence across digital, social, and retail platforms. The ideal candidate is a visionary storyteller who excels in both the creative and technical aspects of production, bringing ideas to life through high-quality visuals that enhance brand identity and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Production

• Develop and execute a unified creative vision for both brands.
• Capture high-quality photo and video content , including product, lifestyle, and campaign shoots.
• Own the entire content creation process, from concepting and planning to shooting and editing .
• Ensure all visual assets are on-brand, innovative, and engaging for social media, website, e-commerce, paid ads, and retail displays.
• Maintain a deep understanding of lighting, composition, and post-production techniques to create stunning visuals.

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit all photos and videos using industry-standard software to ensure the highest level of quality and storytelling impact.
• Manage color correction, retouching, sound design, and motion graphics as needed.
• Deliver polished, ready-to-use content optimized for various platforms, including high-resolution assets for print and web.
• Organize and maintain a digital asset library for efficient content access and repurposing.

Creative Strategy & Brand Development

• Lead the brainstorming and ideation of creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop content strategies that support product launches, advertising, and brand storytelling.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging creative techniques to keep both brands visually compelling.

Production Management & Execution

• Plan and execute studio and on-location shoots , managing all aspects from pre-production to post-production.
• Source and coordinate talent, props, locations, and any necessary external resources.
• Maintain and manage photography and video equipment, ensuring top-tier production quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in a hands-on creative role focused on photography and videography.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in shooting and editing high-quality content .
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom) .
• Deep understanding of lighting techniques, camera equipment, and composition .
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong creative vision and ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual content.
• Self-starter who thrives in a hands-on, execution-focused role.
