Position Summary Oversees all HR functions within the organization, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.Role and Responsibilities Performs supervisory responsibilities to effectively manage personnel including interviewing, hiring, terminating, training, developing, planning, assigning work, coaching, appraising performance, disciplining, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals. Conducts and completes thorough investigations relating to complaints and grievances received. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and performance. Conducts market analysis and benchmarking to ensure pay practices are competitive and align with the organization's business objectives. Oversees recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. Works closely with company trainers to assist and support leadership development initiatives. Participates in professional development and networking conferences and events. Maintains positive working relationships.
