About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join their executive leadership team. The CIO will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's operational, clinical, and business goals. This hands-on leader will oversee IT infrastructure, data analytics, vendor relationships, system integration, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a long-term IT roadmap, providing technical leadership for strategic projects, and leading IT due diligence and integration efforts during acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT leadership, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and experience in healthcare technology, M&A integration, and team development. Candidates for the CIO position at the company should have at least 15 years' of progressive IT leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in healthcare technology, especially within long-term care or pharmacy services. The role requires in-depth knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, and related healthcare compliance standards, as well as technical proficiency in SQL, Azure, and enterprise applications. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus, capable of building and leading high-performing IT teams.
