The CISO will be responsible for developing and maintaining an enterprise-wide information security strategy and risk management program, ensuring the protection of information assets from unauthorized access. This includes managing a team of security professionals, conducting effective cyber training, and working closely with all business units to define data protection requirements and solutions. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, overseeing security incident responses, and staying abreast of the latest security threats and technologies. Applicants for the CISO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' information security leadership experience. Alternatively, candidates with 14 years of information security leadership experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
