With a vision for a future analytical nonprofit think tank at the intersection of political, social, economic, and technological domains , I launched this initiative as a private proposition —offering existential-level insights into the upcoming global reset and restructuring .

• The core goal of this initial private proposition is to connect with like-minded individuals who deeply resonate with the implied underlying motivations of the future think tank—a mission dedicated to gaining and retaining clarity on the rapidly changing world and applying this knowledge in practical, strategic ways across both personal and societal domains.

Requirements (Public and Organizational and Private Divisions)

– Commitment to the vision, mission, and strategy of the think tank

– Ability to provide insight, expertise, and guidance in relevant fields

– Willingness to facilitate strategic decision-making, network-building, or financial backing

– Ideally, full support of The CGI Ark or the Great Resettlement Project mission and development (exclusive private individual collaboration)*

– High net worth required to implement the personal aspects of the Project for one’s own strategic interests (e.g., relocation of business and household), or the ability to contribute meaningfully through expertise, strategic skills, or by identifying and connecting with proactive individuals who can share in the effort.

About myself (Dzmitry Patuk) and Dedication

I am 36 years old, with a life path shaped by resilience, independent research, and a relentless pursuit of understanding the world around. From navigating immigration challenges to founding a think tank, my work is dedicated to strategic foresight, systemic analysis, and preparedness for radical change.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution and The Great Reset

It would not be an exaggeration to expect that the MOST DISRUPTIVE industrial revolution is to induce the greatest changes, and, for the first time, truly on global scale, and that it could lead to the Most Radical and painful Socioeconomic Reset and Restructuring, fundamental flipping of the hierarchies, combining the worst crimes and atrocities, and leading to the GREATEST LOSSES OF LIVES. The upcoming decades could very well become the Darkest Times of History : the most painful process for all, peril for those WHO CAN'T CHANGE THEIR WAYS , and existential challenge for the rest.​

The Great Resettlement Project seeks to unite efforts of vigilant, proactive, and resourceful individuals to address emerging existential threats and to develop strategies for navigating potentially the darkest times in human history. Our goal is to ensure a safe transition and integration into the new socioeconomic world order.
