Alexander Technology Group is working with a Medical Device client looking to hire an Assembly Technician to join their team in Portsmouth, NH.

This contract-to-hire position requires being on-site in Portsmouth 5-days per week.

No C2C candidates will be considered.

Assembly Technician

Summary:

The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling devices, maintaining workstations, managing inventory, and performing inspections of components and finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble sub-components and fixtures.
• Post-process 3D-printed parts.
• Troubleshoot sub-assemblies and devices.
• Manage inventory, including receiving and organizing parts.
• Conduct in-process and receiving inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with mechanical and electrical hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail with small parts.
• Local travel for errands as needed.
• Experience in hands-on mechanical environments.
