We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a team located in Wayne, Pennsylvania. In this role, you'll be expected to handle a range of administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and customer service. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently respond to and handle inbound customer calls

• Provide high-level customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues

• Maintain and update customer files with accurate information

• Manage and schedule appointments using Microsoft Outlook

• Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail

• Greet and assist clients, going through intake questions and setting up their files

• Effectively use Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Make copies of documents as needed

• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role
• Proficient in answering inbound calls
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in data entry
• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently
• Expertise in both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
• Skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively
