About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Brand and Lifestyle with a strong background in PR agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the brand with a focus on culture, creativity, and strategic thinking. This role demands a leader who is not only immersed in the brand's culture but is also capable of pushing the boundaries with out-of-the-box ideas. Key requirements include 7-10 years of PR agency experience, exceptional leadership skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage and mentor a team. The role is predominantly office-based, with a commitment to being in the office 3 days a week and working remotely for 2 days. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company must be deeply passionate about brand and lifestyle, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be a visionary, able to steer the brand with a keen understanding of the market and a creative approach to PR. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and a Master's degree is a plus.
