This position will plan, direct and coordinate construction projects to ensure client goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframe and funding parameters. This is a level of Project Management at which the individual is responsible for the full performance of every phase of a major project or a group of smaller projects. The individual will be responsible for planning, directing, supervising and controlling all technical, fiscal and administrative functions of contractual activities. In addition, will be charged with developing and maintaining client relationships, as well as assisting in the development of project resources. Will also maintain and enforce the company's safety program, ensure daily job site safety plans are reviewed and followed, and stop work when unsafe work practices or conditions exist.

• 5+years of experience in managing fiber OSP projects is required
• Extensive experience with all forms of OSP fiber construction required
• Excel in coordinating and steering major projects with multi-million dollar budgets and building and leading top performing teams is required
• Excellent oral and written communications skills is required
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel is required
• Aerial, directional boring, missiling, macro trenching experience is preferred
• US Citizen or eligible to work for any US employer without visa sponsorship

Remote: Typical salary range for this position is $90,000 to $125,000 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position. Essential Functions: Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Hand manipulation is required for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, as well as below the shoulder for same. Must be alert to equipment in the field, there will be travel, will work near construction job site equipment when in the field, occasional need to work near hazardous equipment and machinery, occasional need to walk on uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas or fumes, exposure to noise, extremes in temperature or humidity, and potential work at heights.
