About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled and driven Tech Recruiter to support high-priority hiring needs across engineering and data science—some of the most challenging and competitive roles to fill. You’ll work closely with an experienced recruiting team to proactively build and engage a pipeline of top-tier technical talent while managing a high volume of open positions.

What You’ll Do:

• Own full-cycle recruitment for engineering and data science roles, from sourcing through offer.
• Partner with other recruiters to "divide and conquer" active pipelines for maximum coverage and efficiency.
• Source, engage, and nurture passive and active candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, events, etc.).
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume requisition load (20+ rolling positions).
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and momentum.
• Track key recruitment metrics and continuously optimize for quality, speed, and candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles, particularly software engineering and data science.
• Strong sourcing abilities and a proactive approach to engaging passive candidates.
• Comfortable managing high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and able to multitask across multiple requisitions.
• Effective collaborator who thrives in a team-oriented setup.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

Nice to Have:

• Experience recruiting in startup, SaaS, or government/defense tech environments.
• Understanding of the technical talent market and hiring trends.
• Interest in or passion for mission-driven work.
