Requirements
What You Bring:
✅ Experience: 4+ years as an HR Generalist, with expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition.
✅ Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in UKG systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
✅ Legal Know-How: Strong understanding of employment laws, including FMLA and ADA.
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
✅ Flexibility: Occasional travel to corporate offices and out-of-state locations.
