Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, one of the leading providers of skilled pediatric home care, is hiring LPNs or RNs for one of our clients in **Raleigh, NC (27610).** Our starting rate is 30.00-33.00 per hour. We’re looking for an experienced, caring, and dedicated nurse to provide personalized care for a delightful 17-year-old patient with a trach and g-tube. This young individual loves spending time outdoors walking, listening to music, and enjoying quality self-care, including getting her nails done!

• *Position Requirements:**
• Skilled in tracheostomy and G-tube care
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Experience with teenage patients is a plus
• Able to support recreational activities like walks and outings
• Licensed LPN or RN
