We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our patrons. Your ability to engage with guests, take orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Experience in fine dining or hospitality is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a passion for food service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards, ensuring timely delivery.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments using Toast POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of supplies needed for service operations.
• Uphold health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services and hospitality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cash register operations; experience with Aloha POS is a plus.
• Must possess excellent sales skills to promote menu items effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant’s schedule.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help team members as needed in various capacities within the food service environment.

This job is currently in Chino but will be relocating to Moreno Valley within the next couple of months.
