Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and develop new capabilities for a critical business application within BDS Finance.
• Perform systems analysis for various projects and build a backlog of system requirements.
• Review requirements, designs, and code; plan SIT and UAT testing and releases.
• Collaborate with business analysts, business owners, QA team, application architects, developers, product and project manager.

Technology Stack:

• Hive, SQL, Azure, Hadoop, Data Mapping, Data Bricks, Control M, Jira, Jenkins, GIT, Power BI, and other reporting tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years in IT, or Technical Certification/College Courses and 6 years in IT, or 8 years in IT.
• Knowledge of code deployments and SIT/UAT across Test, Cycle, and Production environments.
• Experience with integration and inter-testing with various applications.
• Proficiency in requirements analysis, systems analysis, and developing logical & physical designs.
• Familiarity with SDLC Methodology (Optimized Waterfall) and exposure to Agile/Scrum/Iterative Development.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep development experience on Hive, Azure, SQL, Control M, Jenkins, and GIT
• Ability to execute projects within tight timeframes.
• Knowledge of claims processing and related applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with concurrent projects.
• Experience mentoring and guiding developers, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards with Power BI.
