Job Description

At Parity, our mission is to close the gender income and opportunity gap in professional sports. Given the sports sponsorship market is estimated to be more than $65 billion annually, with less than 1% going to women athletes, this is a huge opportunity - both for women athletes, as well as brands seeking to reach new, untapped audiences. Parity helps a range of companies, from Fortune 500s to high-growth consumer and tech startups, tap into new audiences and elevate their brands through game-changing partnerships with pro women athletes. We use our proprietary data and analytics to match these brands with our community of more than 1100 professional women athletes to achieve their sales and marketing objectives.

Who We Are

A 2024 Sports Business Journal Power Player in Women’s Sports, one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2025, and the recipient of multiple Best Places to Work in Sports awards, Parity is made up of former business and tech executives, professional athletes and sports fanatics who understand that the hard work and dedication required to become an elite athlete produces many of the traits needed to succeed in business.

We’re a group of intelligent, hard-working, ethical, and sports-obsessed individuals — and we’re looking for creative thinkers, problem-solvers, and extra-milers to join us. We believe through grit and inspiration that anything can be achieved. We’ve successfully led teams at institutions like The Players’ Tribune, LinkedIn, General Assembly, SurveyMonkey, NBCUniversal, and major philanthropic initiatives that have helped women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and other underrepresented groups thrive in the workplace.

While we enjoyed success prior to Parity, we intend to be just as successful in this newest chapter of our careers—and the next chapter of yours. We can’t wait to meet you.

We are seeking a highly motivated person to lead research and data on our dynamic team. As the data expert at Parity, you will be responsible for defining and executing Parity’s data research strategy, including collecting and analyzing data, and producing reports for a variety of audiences. You will also be the owner of Parity’s internal data, and will spearhead strategy for using it to support and enhance our growing businesses. You will work closely with our product and technology teams to incorporate data into Parity’s athlete and brand facing products.

Responsibilities include but are not be limited to:

  • Be able to communicate the findings to a range of audiences
  • Oversee capture and communication of key performance metrics for client engagements
  • Integrate data strategy with product strategy:

Impact: As a result of your work, we will achieve the following outcomes
