Must-Have-
Basic understanding of Financial modules like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), , Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) , Vendor and Cash Management,
Must have played Scrum Master role in an Agile Development project for at least 2 Years
Must have worked with the onsite team and customer stakeholders for at least 2 Years
Sprint Planning execution with all the ceremonies for at least 2 years
Good understanding of the software development life cycle models, especially Agile.
Good mix of both business and technical background to be able to effectively interact/assist with different teams.
Ability to take initiative and apply critical thinking techniques to analyze problems, develop solutions or manage risk
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and IT teams.
Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification
Knowledge of Agile Project Management tools such as Azure DevOps, VersionOne, JIRA or equivalent
Roles & Responsibilities-
Assist teams through the various phases of the agile development cycle.
Coordinate and organize planning, design retrospective meetings with the teams during the agile development cycle.
Enforce the agile process workflow and hold individual team members accountable for their responsibilities and commitments.
Foster teamwork and communication between teams as well as help bubble up potential issues and slippage.
Establish strong working relationships with partner teams across the organization to identify dependencies and align priorities and deliverables
Assess roadblocks and problem situations to identify root causes and work with stakeholders to come up with a resolution or recommendation.
Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution between as well as within teams.
Document, communicate and evaluate process changes.
Report on the progress of the agile iterations as well as overall reporting meaningful to business stakeholders.
Report up status and risks - create and measure teams according to metrics established by the team
Strong on Anticipate challenges, identify risks and issues, and recommend mitigations and solutions. Own and drive those solutions.
Project Management Experience Required.
