Job Title: SCC Soft Analyst (SoftLab, SoftBank, SoftDonor, SoftGene)

Overview: We are looking for an experienced SCC Soft Analyst to provide support and management for key applications including SoftBank, SoftDonor, and Soft Genetics. The ideal candidate will also have strong experience with third-party applications such as Abbott RALS Point of Care, Roche Infinity, and BD Kiestra microbiology automation. This role requires a deep understanding of these systems to ensure efficient operations and integration across platforms, as well as proactive problem-solving skills to support their continued functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SoftBank, SoftDonor, and Soft Genetics systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or system outages related to SoftBank, SoftDonor, and Soft Genetics in a timely manner.
• Manage and support third-party applications such as Abbott RALS Point of Care, Roche Infinity, and BD Kiestra microbiology automation, ensuring smooth operations and integration.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to configure, implement, and optimize SoftBank, SoftDonor, Soft Genetics, and third-party systems.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and upgrades to ensure all platforms are working efficiently and securely.
• Provide training and documentation for team members and end-users to enhance system usage and troubleshooting skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, support, vendors) to identify and resolve issues related to SoftBank, SoftDonor, Soft Genetics, and third-party applications.
• Assist with the integration of SoftBank, SoftDonor, Soft Genetics, and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and user experience.
• Monitor system performance and work proactively to prevent issues and optimize system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Provide detailed reports on system status, issues, and resolutions for management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience supporting and managing SoftBank, SoftDonor, and Soft Genetics applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with third-party applications, including Abbott RALS Point of Care, Roche Infinity, and BD Kiestra microbiology automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a track record of resolving complex issues quickly and effectively.
• Experience in system testing, integration, and providing technical support in a healthcare or laboratory setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team to address system challenges and ensure smooth operations.
• Knowledge of system configuration, data flow, and application support best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical issues and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microbiology automation platforms like BD Kiestra.
• Familiarity with databases and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA) as they pertain to healthcare and laboratory systems.
• Experience with software upgrades, patches, and version control.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and processes.
