Xactly Restoration Recruiters has an elite client seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join their team!

Responsibilities

•Schedule roof inspections and solar appointments with homeowners.
•Conduct storm damage assessments (roof inspections) on the roof.
•Present savvy roofing and solar solutions in-home.
•Meet with clients, estimate projects, and close deals.

Skills & Experience

•2+ years in a retail roofing canvassing environment or 2+ years in a retail roofing in-home sales environment.

Compensation:

•1099 Commission.

•Training Pay:

* 30-90 Fast-track training program.
* $500 draw each week for the first two weeks.
* $300 draw per Authorization For Inspection (AFI) signed [avg: 10-20/mo]

• Commission Structure:

* After the training phase, the commission is 12% of sales.
* After the first million in closed revenue (job complete and final invoice paid), the commission is 17% of sales.
* After the next million in closed revenue, the commission is 20% of sales.
* This progression is cumulative and does not reset each year.

• Expectations:

Our average rep with this background in retail roofing sales earns around 100,000 - 180,000 in year 1 and, in year 2, typically doubles their year 1 earnings (this stems from getting better at the job and the natural length of the job cycle being 3-5 months in insurance vs 1-3 months in retail)
