The incumbent is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, pre-screening and tracking applicants to fill existing and future job openings. This key role is responsible for the development and maintenance of a pipeline of prequalified candidates for improved time to fill and efficiency of the recruitment process. This position will work collaboratively with the hiring managers to ensure that processes and procedures are followed to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with our policies and goals and compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. Work closely with the hiring managers to identify candidates who best fit the requirements of open positions. The incumbent may also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent to their organization This position plays a key role in maintaining a high level of quality HR services, will work in a team-oriented environment and will provide support to the human resources department through a strong work ethic, sense of commitment, and a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Be the subject matter expert for the Applicant Tracking System.

• Assist with the development and implementation of recruiting strategies designed to attract top candidates for open positions.

• Understand the current workforce skills and anticipate future needs to ensure a sufficient pool of candidates possessing the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to meet those needs.
• Proficiently source quality candidates within the specified time frame and manage a pipeline of candidates.
• Responds to inquiries regarding positions and assists applicants with the application process.
• Contacts applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection and manage the candidates from interest through application.
• Identify, attract, engage, qualify potential candidates and keep candidates interested in RealCold;
• Manages and utilizes the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Indeed, and LinkedIn and other job boards for maintaining a continuous qualified candidate pool.
• Assist with evaluating the effectiveness of current recruiting strategies, procedures, and practices to determine what changes should be made to improve performance.
• Ensures compliance with the laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, staffing, and hiring practices.
• Prepare job offers and make verbal job offers to candidates according to RealCold’s policies and procedures.
• Generate staffing reports as requested.
• Manage and update the talent plan daily.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements of the Position:

• High School Diploma required
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources preferred
• Five years of experience in recruiting in a corporate environment
• Sourcing and social media recruiting experience required
• Experience using Applicant Tracking System required
• Strong knowledge of OFCCP Compliance strongly desired

Knowledge:

• Must be highly organized.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing to groups and individuals.

• Model trustworthiness and highly ethical behavior and the ability to hold/protect confidential information.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, leadership and communication (written and verbal) skills.

• Work in a fast-paced environment meeting commitment and deadlines.
• This position requires proficiency working with a personal computer in Windows environment and utilizing word processing (MS Word, Excel, Power Point), Applicant Tracking System, and Human Resource Information Systems.
