The incumbent is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, pre-screening and tracking applicants to fill existing and future job openings. This key role is responsible for the development and maintenance of a pipeline of prequalified candidates for improved time to fill and efficiency of the recruitment process. This position will work collaboratively with the hiring managers to ensure that processes and procedures are followed to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with our policies and goals and compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. Work closely with the hiring managers to identify candidates who best fit the requirements of open positions. The incumbent may also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent to their organization This position plays a key role in maintaining a high level of quality HR services, will work in a team-oriented environment and will provide support to the human resources department through a strong work ethic, sense of commitment, and a strong desire to succeed.
