Job Description

Job Summary:

The QuickBooks Clerk will perform administrative duties for the accounting department to support the company's operation.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Payroll
Taxes
Billing
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Purchasing
Employee Federal and State Regulated forms and requirements
In-house computer information system - will be responsible for regularly updating and maintaining all information within QuickBooks and any other programs within the company’s structure

Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Ability to learn quickly.
Must be able to work independently without supervision.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, especially Excel.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least four years of QuickBooks experience required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary : From $45,000 Annually
