Job Title: Production Operator I

Department: Production

Position Summary:

The Production Operator I is responsible for assembling and testing electro-mechanical medical devices. Tasks include ensuring compliance with quality systems, standards, and documentation while contributing to continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test products to meet specifications.

• Document quality records and perform transactions using ERP/MRP systems.

• Follow all quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

• Assist with process, material, and documentation improvements.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience with mechanical assembly tools.

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with MRP systems.

• Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records.

• Teamwork skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Preferred:

• 1-2 years of experience in electro-mechanical device assembly.

• Familiarity with measurement tools like calipers and oscilloscopes.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
