As a Production Manager at EnVogue, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our global production operations, ensuring seamless execution from sample approvals to final delivery. You will collaborate with international manufacturing partners to maintain the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and cost optimization. Your expertise in supply chain management, vendor relations, and quality control will be essential in driving operational excellence and maintaining our competitive edge. Responsibilities: Manage all active production orders, ensuring on-time delivery, superior quality, and strict adherence to customer specifications. Oversee production workflows to drive operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and maintain quality excellence. Develop and strengthen relationships with overseas manufacturing partners, overseeing order management, sample approvals, costing, and packaging. Lead cost negotiations with factories to secure optimal pricing while balancing quality, efficiency, and competitive positioning. Review and approve quality swatches, pre-production samples, and top-of-production (TOP) samples to ensure consistency with design and quality standards. Assess and compare vendor capabilities to make data-driven decisions on production allocation, optimizing costs and lead times. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze production data, and generate reports to drive continuous improvements and strategic decision-making. Maintain a comprehensive archive of production samples for quality control, auditing, and future reference. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Home Product Development, Textile Design, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in production management, sourcing, or product development within home décor, textiles, fashion/apparel, furniture, or accessories. Strong knowledge of textile printing methods, embroidery techniques, and fabric treatments. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with exceptional time management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams and vendors. Proficiency in Mandarin or Hindi (preferred but not required) to facilitate effective communication with international partners.
