Come help organizations be their best, while you reach new heights with a team that has your back.Role Summary:We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Principal Strategy & Operations Manager - Artificial Intelligence, to partner with our Vice President of AI, ensuring operational excellence and driving alignment across the AI organization. This role is essential in helping scale the impact of the VP and the broader team, blending strategic foresight, organizational acumen, and outstanding execution.You will act as a trusted advisor, manage cross-functional priorities, and ensure the seamless flow of information and operations. This is a high-impact role for a candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a passion for technology and innovation, and excels at balancing strategic vision with tactical execution.What you'll get to do:Strategic Partner to the VP of AI:Collaborate closely with the VP to set and execute strategic goals, initiatives, and priorities for the AI organization.Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.Act as a thought partner, helping identify challenges and opportunities for growth and innovation.Operational Excellence:Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes and ensuring organizational alignment.Oversee OKR (Objectives and Key Results) tracking and reporting to ensure the team remains on target.Prepare the VP for key meetings, including creating agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions.Communication and Alignment:Serve as a key liaison between the VP, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment and clarity across initiatives.Craft communications, updates, and presentations for both internal and external audiences.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Project Management:Lead and manage high-priority projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.Coordinate cross-functional efforts, collaborating with product, engineering, operations, and other teams to deliver on goals.Team Culture:Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative environment.Identify and address team needs proactively, ensuring the team has the resources and support to succeed.Must Have Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) preferred.7+ years of professional experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or a similar role.Experience in a fast-paced technology environment, ideally supporting executive leadership.Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence at all levels.High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust across diverse teams.Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or adjacent technology fields is a plus.Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Notion).Meet the Products and Technology TeamWant to build security and observability products people love AND work with people as smart (and humble) as you are? We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate.
