Specific Responsibilities:

• Be able to manage the plumbers in the day to day
• Lead team meetings
• Hire new plumbers
• Work on training for plumbers
• Go to job site and help when they need help
• Be able to do plumbing jobs when they need help

Job Requirements:
You will be asked to manage personnel of a Mr. Rooter Plumbing franchise location.

• Able to lift 25lbs

• Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
• Professional appearance and personality
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn with the best
• Team player who can work independently
• Results-oriented attitude

Desired Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year work experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience
