Role Summary: The Consultant Pharmacist position is a hybrid role (50% travel) based in the Louisville, KY area, requiring 16 hours/week. Responsibilities include evaluating medication orders, reviewing drug regimens, and maintaining compliance with pharmacy laws.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a Bachelors degree or Pharmacy Doctorate, a current license, and preferably one year of experience in acute or long-term care. Consultant or clinical pharmacist experience is a plus.
