We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Payroll Specialist in McLean, Virginia. This role is within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry. The workplace is a balance of in-office and remote work, with the initial period being completely in-office transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct full cycle payroll operations bi-monthly for a workforce of salaried employees.
• Generate check requisitions to the accounting department.
• Set up liability payments and handle all matters related to garnishments.
• Reconcile payroll liabilities and ensure all records are accurate.
• Prepare year-end reports and take on other projects as required.
• Maintain strong communication lines, showing patience and humor when interacting with a variety of individuals.
• Utilize software tools such as ADP Workforce Now and Office Suite for efficient task completion.• Proficiency in using ADP - Payroll for payroll management
• Experience in handling bi-Monthly Payroll
• Ability to Reconcile Payroll discrepancies effectively
• Knowledge of managing Garnishments within the payroll process
• Expertise in handling Payroll - Garnishments
• Familiarity with the use of ADP Workforce Now software
• Proficient in Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in managing Full Cycle Payroll operations
