Job Description

Job Title: Parts Manager - Luxury Automotive Dealership

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Parts Manager to join our team at Miller Motorcars, a leading luxury automotive dealership. The successful candidate will oversee our parts department, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional customer service and maximum profitability.

Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day parts department operations, including inventory control, ordering and stocking.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers customers and employees.

3. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize inventory and maximize profitability.

4. Supervise and train parts department staff to ensure exceptional customer service.

5. Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems.

6. Monitor and control department expenses.

7. Collaborate with service and sales teams to drive revenue growth.

8. Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements and dealership policies.

9. Communicate daily with the brand representative to ensure smooth and efficient parts ordering and availability

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience as a Parts Manager in the automotive industry.

2. Luxury automotive brand knowledge (e.g., Ferrari, Porsche, BMW).

3. Strong understanding of inventory management and control principles.

4. Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.

5. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and inventory management software.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus
