About the Role
The Company is seeking a Part-Time CFO to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing a range of financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. This role is pivotal in overseeing the preparation, analysis, and presentation of various financial reports, with a focus on NAV calculations and consolidated financial statements. The CFO will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and other regulatory requirements, leading the financial consolidation processes, and collaborating with international teams to maintain consistent accounting practices. Applicants for the Part-Time CFO position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior financial role, with a minimum of 10 years' experience. Expertise in IFRS, fund accounting, and consolidations is essential. The role requires a professional who can apply their knowledge of small business finance to enhance cost control, financial efficiency, and operational scalability. The ideal candidate will be adept at using visual software tools for financial reporting and be committed to continuous process improvement through automation and data visualization. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred, and the CFO will be expected to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel.
