Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ability to provide test directions to groups of students (100+)
2. Prepare and assemble testing room and testing material
3. Ability to recall and enforce policy and procedures
4. Maintain confidentiality and security of testing materials
5. Able to detect nuances of improper conduct or misuse of test materials
6. Maintain a quiet and secure testing environment
7. Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for our testing software (ExamSoft)
8. Must be able to adapt well to change with policy and/or software updates
9. Able to consistently demonstrate high quality customer service
10. Maintain communication with the Assessment Coordinator regarding test administration
11. Work independently and responsibly in the absence of supervision
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the Testing Center

1. Physical demands for this position include some light lifting and the ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, stoop, bend, push, pull, kneel, climb, use hands and fingers, and talk/hear for extended periods of time
2. The work environment for this position includes typical office environment with no extremes in temperature, and noise

Compensation: $15.00/hr

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience proctoring or working in a classroom environment.
2. Experience working with adult learners
3. Experience working in a helpdesk or tech support environment.
4. Customer Service
5. Ability to learn a new software program.
