Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our clients team! This key leadership position will oversee the financial operations of the company and play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and future growth of the organization. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in financial management, accounting, team leadership, and expertise with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision). Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
* Accounting Oversight: Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and the general ledger.
* Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
* Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance (including tax filings and reporting).
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring development and alignment with organizational goals.
* System Management: Leverage Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) to streamline financial processes, improve data accuracy, and manage financial systems.
* Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
* Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial performance to key stakeholders, including the executive team and board of directors.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or in a senior financial leadership role, ideally in a manufacturing or multi-location environment.
* Strong background in financial management, accounting, and budgeting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or similar ERP systems.
* Deep knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (GAAP), and compliance requirements.
* Experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex financial data.
