At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking  Molding Machine Operators to join our innovative manufacturing team in  Rochester, NY. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where quality and innovation are paramount, this role is for you.

\n Pay: $17-19/hr. (Depending on shift and experience). Temp to Hire.
\n
\n Available Shifts: \n

\n\t
• A Shift (7am to 3:30pm, Mon-Fri).\n\t
• B Shift (4pm to 2:30am, Mon-Thurs). \n\t
• C Shift (10:30pm to 7am, Sun-Thurs).\n

\n
\n What does a typical day look like for this position? You'll be... \n\n

\n\t
• Setting up and operating Molding Machines to produce plastic parts.\n\t
• Conducting visual inspections and using basic measuring tools.\n\t
• Trimming/degating plastic parts and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards.\n\t
• Packaging and labeling final products.\n\t
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.\n

• Have prior Machine Operating experience (1-2 years preferred).\n\t
• Have good attendance and want permanent work.\n\t
• Have a HS diploma or GED - Preferred.\n
