Job Details
Perform routine and complex laboratory tests using automated and semi-automated analyzers.
Act as a mentor and supervisor, ensuring the smooth operation of laboratory functions.
Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair laboratory instruments to maintain operational efficiency.
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and contribute to patient care by providing accurate and timely laboratory results.
Qualifications:
Baccalaureate degree in Medical Laboratory Science with Board Certification or eligibility for certification within six months of employment.
Proficiency in medical terminology and computer literacy.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
