Job Description

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years marketing or project management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in JIRA and Workfront a plus, but not required
• Ability to collaborate with a range of partners across marketing and the business.
• Organized, attention to detail, strategic thinker, strong project management skills

Primary Role Function:

• Email Template Updates. This would include varying degrees of design and copy edits, obtaining approvals from key stakeholders and compliance/legal, submitting updates, QA, tracking progress and results.
• Manage and Byline Article program. This would include intake for new requests, supporting Financial Consultants in selecting and customizing content, obtaining reviews and approvals.
• Local Marketing SharePoint Site Updates. Keeping internal information hub up to date and accurate. Adding new information as needed.
• Reporting and tracking for key programs including branch-led workshops, email templates and byline articles.
• Submit Field Enablement Communication Requests on behalf of Affluent Marketing team through Workfront. Write copy, review with stakeholders, submit through Workfront front door, Review/Approve
• Assist in redesign of Branch-Led Workshop collateral. This may include flyers, calendar, posters and signage.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22.68 to $25.20 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
