JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Cardin McCoy. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand's online presence and revenue growth. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing campaigns to reach our target audience and achieve our business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost online sales.
  • Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor ad budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI.
  • SEO & Content: Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings. Create and manage a content strategy to engage our audience and enhance our online presence.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and others. Create engaging content and monitor social media analytics.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to promote our brand and products.
  • E-commerce Optimization: Work closely with the e-commerce team to optimize the website for conversion rate optimization (CRO). Implement A/B tests and user experience improvements.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in the kids’ apparel and footwear industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Shopify e-commerce platform.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position is based in Nashville, TN and requires being onsite - remote work not considered
  • Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Pay range:

Marketing Manager: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00/per year

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

  • You will also receive access to comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, access to a 401(k) retirement plan, short and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and various other discounts and perks. You may also accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation and will be eligible for 6 or more paid holidays per year. Exempt employees are eligible for 5 days of sick leave per year.
