April 14 for 13 weeks 7am-5:30 pm Monday-Friday. Rotating weekends 7am-3:30 pm. Every 4 to 5 weeks Colorado licensure as a Registered Pharmacists. · Hospital pharmacy residency or experience in Unit Dose, IV Admixture, TPN, and pharmacokinetics is preferred. · Previous experience in Hospital Pharmacy preferred 2 years of experience Clean CO license Malpractice, lodging and travel provided.
