Key Responsibilities: Assist loan officers with client documentation and loan application processing. Maintain and organize loan files and records. Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up with clients. Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing loan documents, and updating systems. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth loan process. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferably in the financial or mortgage industry). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software is a plus.
