We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Receptionist to support a top-tier law firm in Shreveport, LA. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional administrative support and enjoy working in a fast-paced legal environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Create and maintain documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
Run errands and assist with occasional courthouse visits (reliable transportation needed).

-Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
-Compensation: $13 - $16 per hour.
-Location: Shreveport, LA 71105.

-At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
