Project Planning and Execution: Proven track record in project planning, scheduling, and ensuring successful delivery of releases. Agile/Scrum: Experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer, demonstrating a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. ITSM Tools: Familiarity with at least one ITSM tool, such as BMC Remedy or ServiceNow. Reporting: Proficiency in Tableau for creating and analyzing release-related reports and dashboards. Responsibilities: Release Planning and Coordination: Define and manage the release schedule, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT priorities. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with project teams, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth release process. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with releases, implementing necessary controls. Deployment Management: Oversee the deployment process, ensuring successful deployment of releases to production environments. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of release management. Agile Facilitation: Facilitate team planning ceremonies, provide guidance on Agile/Waterfall frameworks, and ensure seamless coordination across teams.
