Under the guidance of the Employee Communications Manager, support all efforts to stand up a new employee communications platform launching in the fall of 2025. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with internal communications to develop web pages, ensuring consistent formatting and a cohesive user experience.
- Complete content migration from the current site to a new platform, including designing, editing, and reformatting content while identifying content gaps.
- Support content contributors with content review and department page build-out on new site
- Compile training materials
In addition, this position will perform other tasks to support the Internal Communications program such as:
- Complete one-time and ongoing research and writing assignments
- Support video projects, including pre- and post-editing support
The job also includes attending division and department meetings remotely and in-person.
Position is 40 hours/week (Monday thru Friday). Employee will need to be in office 1 day per week in Everett, WA and can work from home up to 4 days per week. Not open to fully remote work.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field.
- 3 years of project management experience
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Experience with Internal Communications
- Experience working on websites, including creating new pages and support in redesigning existing content
- Strong copy-editing skills
- Journalism or business writing experience
- Project organization skills
- Experience with MS O365
- Proficient in AP-style writing

- Partner with the internal communications team to develop web pages, ensuring consistent formatting and a cohesive user experience.
- Complete content migration from the current site to the new platform, including designing, editing, and formatting content while identifying content gaps.
- Providing support to content contributors, aiding in content review and department page build-out on the new site.
- Compiling training materials
In addition, this position will perform other tasks to support the Internal Communications program such as:
- Complete one-time and ongoing research and writing assignments
- Identify opportunities to spotlight employees and teams
- Support video projects, including storyboarding, pre-and post-editing
- Support monthly all-hands meetings with set up and taking pictures at the event.
Job also includes attending division and department meetings remote and in-person.
Minimum Qualifications - 5 years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field.
- 3 years of project management experience

Knowledge Requirements - Familiarity working on websites, including content migration, creating new pages and support in redesigning existing content

- Knowledge of Associated Press writing style

- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, English, marketing, or related field.
Working Conditions Work is performed primarily remotely and in an office environment at least one day a week. It requires the use of standard office equipment and technology. You may be required to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 10 pounds occasionally.
