Job Description

JRAD is seeking a highly skilled Intermediate Business Intelligence Analyst to support health technology development initiatives for the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) and provide comprehensive support for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs.
Roles/Responsibilities:
This role involves supporting financial, business, administrative, and project management functions while assisting in the monitoring of project performance to ensure technical, programmatic, and financial objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities: Provide financial, business, and administrative support for the SBIR/STTR program under ARPA-H. Monitor project performance to ensure alignment with technical, programmatic, and financial goals. Assist in reviewing contract deliverables and providing feedback to meet program objectives. Ensure compliance with federal acquisition and financial regulations. Support financial reporting, data visualization, and decision-making processes. Required Skills and Education:
Master's degree in any field. 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of SBIR/STTR regulations is required. Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations and federal financial regulations is preferred. Strong understanding of accounting principles, including revenue recognition, technology transfer, intellectual property ownership, product integrity, and supply assurance. Security Clearance:
