In this\nkey role, you will be responsible for preparing and dispensing many types of\npharmaceuticals to fulfill orders in the inpatient pharmacies. You will\ncollaborate closely with other members of the health care team to help prevent\ninappropriate or misuse of medications. Adhering to departmental policies and\nprocedures, you will deliver a wide range of clinical services (e.g.,\npharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic interchange, IV/PO conversions, TPN per\npharmacy, pharmacist interventions).

Schedule:\nVaried shifts, depending on department needs, including weekends and holidays

Hourly\nSalary Range: $85.87 - $100.58 (Union\nrepresented, step based salary depending on years of experience)

Bargaining\nUnit: HX-UPTE

Qualifications

  We’re\nseeking a dedicated clinical professional with:

  \n\n
  \n
  • Pharm D. degree and current CA\n Pharmacy license (required).
  \n
  • ASHP-accredited residency\n (preferred).
  \n
  • 2 years inpatient pharmacy\n experience (highly preferred).
  \n
  • Exceptional communication,\n interpersonal, organizational and follow-through skills.
  \n
  • Knowledge of and ability to\n perform age specific and disease specific pharmacokinetic calculations.
  \n
  • Ability to compound intravenous\n admixtures and other sterile products.
  \n
  \n\n
