Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software. Communicate comprehensive information to travelers, including details about our products and policies. Compete individually while maintaining a positive team spirit. Demonstrate the ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals. Qualifications 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment. 2+ years of remote experience required. Experience working in the travel industry is a plus! Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer systems. High attention to detail. Positive attitude and flexibility. Remote Work Requirements: Must have hardwired internet (cannot use Wi-Fi).
