We are seeking a dynamic and motivated MBA or Master's student with a background in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, or Marketing/Communications to join our team as an intern. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to two high-impact projects while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities As an intern, you will work on the following strategic initiatives:
Performance Management Playbook - Develop a comprehensive playbook for managers and employees.
- Define key steps for goal setting, performance reviews, and pay-performance alignment.
- Ensure the playbook reflects best practices and is user-friendly for enterprise-wide adoption.
Onboarding Playbook - Design a standardized onboarding template and playbook for roles above the restaurant level across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and role requirements.

Qualifications - Currently pursuing an MBA or Master's degree in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, or Marketing/Communications.
- Strong interest in performance management, talent development, and organizational onboarding strategies.
- Proficiency with project management tools and communication platforms is a plus.
