Responsibilities Operate equipment: Drive or control heavy equipment, such as cranes, hoists, and bulldozers Move loads: Transfer loads to construction sites, and position them safely Inspect equipment: Check equipment before and after use to ensure it's in good working order Maintain equipment: Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs to machines Follow safety guidelines: Follow safety guidelines and protocols, and ensure loads are safely attached and within the lifting limits Coordinate with others: Coordinate with ground operators and interpret hand and verbal signals Must be able to work weekends Must be US Citizens Pay: $18.00 -$ 20.00 per hour Ameri-Force Benefits As part of the Ameri-Force team, a recognized ESOP company, you have a personal stake in the collective success of the organization, fostering a collaborative and rewarding work environment.
