About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Healthcare Marketing and PR to lead and inspire the team in positioning the agency as a key partner for transformative entities in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive business strategy, managing the practice's P&L, and developing a strong network of industry influencers to enhance lead generation. A strategic approach to aligning client objectives with marketing and PR strategies, as well as a focus on problem-solving, is essential. The Head of Healthcare Marketing and PR will also be responsible for mentoring team members, maintaining strong client relationships, and upholding the agency's expertise and creative excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a minimum of 12 years' experience in integrated marketing and PR, particularly within healthcare and agency settings. The Head of Healthcare Marketing and PR will also be tasked with representing the organization at key industry events, ensuring client programs meet campaign goals, and maintaining high-quality standards.
